Tom Garrow

President

Tom is president of The Garrow Company. He has over 40 years of experience in all aspect of fundraising and institutional advancement. His focus is on building strong systems of people, ideas and processes that engage, understand, and invite individuals and organizations to envision the difference they can make and to make that difference happen. He has helped large organizations and small ones. Whether it is hospital systems and universities with big teams or small colleges and nonprofits with far fewer resources, Tom and his team have successfully partnered with all of them to the considerable benefit of their organizations. In the end, the joy of seeing people succeed—donors, fundraisers, board members, volunteers, and leaders…and his teammates at The Garrow Company — is what gives Tom his greatest satisfaction.

Beth Garrow

Vice President

Beth is vice president for finance and tries to be sure we receive more funds than we spend. She has an extensive background in community redevelopment, alumni relations, corporate relations, major gifts, education, healthcare, and STEM philanthropy. And…she is the only person on our team who was a social worker in a prison system!

Kate Ciccarillo

Project Manager

Kate is our Project Manager and works with many of our clients. Kate has been working with The Garrow Company since 2006. Kate coordinates the team’s day-to-day assignment activity and manages progress reporting. Kate’s background in clinical case supervision and business operations management in the for-profit sector has provided breadth and depth to a wide variety of TGC projects. She enjoys identifying opportunities for process improvements as well as where individualized attention might bring stronger results.

Maggie Parke

Client Relations

Maggie came to the Garrow Company with over 20 years of nonprofit experience as a volunteer coordinator. Maggie now utilizes that experience in her role as an AAMS Specialist. She enjoys speaking with new donor prospects and is very successful in arranging both in-person and virtual appointments. Maggie also enjoys spending time with her family and dog, reading, and vacationing at the beach.

Linda has been working with The Garrow Company since 2011 and she says she “loves every minute”. She enjoys virtually meeting all the people she calls through AAMS.After 21 successful years in medical sales, Linda decided to make a career change — to the benefit of all our clients. Linda’s ability to engage a wide variety of people and think through situations serves our PIQS clients very well. She is an avid reader, having been been in the same bookclub for 18 years!
